Charles's Detox Tea
Directions: 1-2 Tablespoons dry herbs to 1 cup clean water. Bring to a boil and steep until desired temp. Strain and drink. Use 1-2 cups in the morning and 1-2 cups in the afternoon, or 1/2 hours before meals.
