Ingredients
Vitamin C (non-GMO, corn-derived ascorbic acid), Quercetin dihydrate (supplies Quercetin 230 mg, N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), Nettle (Freeze-dried) tops including stinging hairs (Urtica dioica), pullulan (plant sourced) capsules and nothing else.

Suggested Use:
As an herbal supplement, take two capsules twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended dose. WARNING: If you have never taken Nettles and are prone to allergies, it is recommended to take one capsule and wait 24 hours before using the suggested dose.
