Stress & Vitamin C
The more stressed you are, the more vitamin C your body uses up. Unlike most animals, humans cannot make their own vitamin C and have limited capacity to store it, so vitamin C must be consumed regularly. Your body’s stress response system depends on vitamin C to function properly, which is why adrenal and pituitary glands (key parts of the stress response system) contain some of the highest levels of vitamin C in the human body.

For optimal effectiveness use with Dr. Wilson’s Adrenal Fatigue Protocol® or according to general guidelines below:
Super Adrenal Stress Formula: Take 1 caplet 3-5 times a day (1 upon rising, 1 at noon and 1 before bed; 1 additional caplet may be taken up to 2 times throughout the day, if desired, or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Adrenal Rebuilder: Take 1 caplet 3-6 times a day (1 upon rising, 1 at noon and 1 before bed; 1 additional caplet may be taken up to 3 times throughout the day, if desired), or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Adrenal C Formula: Take 1 caplet 3-6 times a day (1 upon rising, 1 at noon and 1 before bed; 1 additional caplet may be taken up to 3 times throughout the day, if desired), or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Herbal Adrenal Support Formula OR Herbal HPA: Take 10-15 drops in non-citrus juice or water 2-4 times a day, preferably between meals or on an empty stomach (10-15 drops upon rising and 10-15 before bed; 10 may also be taken at noon and/or mid-afternoon, if desired), or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
