This mini Castor Oil Pack comfortably hugs your neck so you can focus some love on your thyroid. The gentle compression of the pack combined with Castor Oil (sold separately) helps relax your nervous system, and may help support:

Step 1: Pour 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil (sold separately) onto the soft cotton side of your Castor Oil Pack for Thyroid.

Step 2: Place the pack over your thyroid area and adjust the strap (not too tight).
